Cooling Visit

During your cooling visit, Climate Control performs the following:

  • Replace filter (1in) / clean EAC if included on agreement
  • Wipe off blower motor/wheel, blower inlet and check motor bearings
  • Check electrical connections
  • Clean condensate drain/cycle condensate pump
  • Brush off condensing coil
  • Inspect refrigeration system for leaks
  • Test and record temperature split at evaporator (18-22) degrees
  • Test and record temperature split at condenser (20-35) degrees
  • Test and record compressor amperage draw
  • Record ambient air temperature
  • Test capacitors
  • Record static pressure of duct system (as required)
  • Clean and wipe off equipment
  • Cycle unit at thermostat/confirm settings
Heating Visit

During your heating visit, Climate Control performs the following:

  • Replace filter (1in) / clean EAC if included on agreement
  • Wipe off blower motor/wheel, blower inlet and check motor bearings
  • Check electrical connections
  • Clean condensate drain/cycle pump (if required in heating)
  • Clean burners as required
  • Inspect heat exchanger
  • Check gas pressure as required
  • Record static pressure of duct system
  • Record temperature rise-high and low if required
  • Check venting integrity
  • Clean/check flame sensor
  • Check HSI/spark ignitor
  • Test capacitors
  • Replace humidifier pad if on agreement
  • Check draft inducer assembly
  • Cycle unit at thermostat
