Gas Fireplace Select one… in Tigard, OR 97224
“I have had Dennis the technician at my house several times. I have an original Home Comfort Control System (HCZ) and also 28 year old heating and cooling systems. I am extremely pleased with how Dennis is able to troubleshoot and fix problems in quick and efficient manner. He is very knowlegable about heating and cooling systems as well as the HCZ. He explains everything and doesen't mind re-explaining if you didn't understand it the first time. He also puts a lot of detail in the invoice write-up so you can know exactly how he came to resolve the issue – just in case you forgot (again). The entire company if very quick to respond in setting up appointments and getting the work done one time. Thanks Climate Control!”

Heat Pump Installation in Portland, OR 97230
“I purchased a GE heat pump in December 2017. The unit seemed to function for heating. When June 2018 came and we needed cooling the unit failed abysmally. We called for service and the person after some time measuring things informed us that he needed to call someone at GE for some information. Unfortunately the GE person would not be available for many weeks. We coped until July 1 when we were to be away for most of July. When my wife returned on July 26 our condo unit was a bake oven and no cooling. I returned the next day and called for help. Dennis came and in a short while found the trouble and fixed it quickly. He did more than take measurements but carefully inspected the running heat pump. He immediately found that the external heat exchanger fan was not running, a crucial element in the cooling cycle but no as much for the heating cycle. The cause was a long electrical cord interfering with the fan. Upon removal the cooling cycle functioned perfectly. The cord was apparently left in there when the unit was installed. I have high praise for Dennis as he seemed knowledgeable and examined the unit with care. In my experience he worked very competently and would recommend him highly.
Sincerely, Peter D Kunz”

Ductless Mini-Split Installation in Beaverton, OR 97005
“Our church received a bid to put AC in our Fellowship Hall. It was the first bid that was within our reach. Dave was so easy to work with and Lance and his team were such steady workers and pleasant to have around. They were all very willing to answer all of our questions and gave several of us a quick training so we were comfortable with the controls.
This was so easy that I'm considering adding AC to my own home.”
